Lists Overview
Lists lets you manage access to all the AI Providers, Applications, and Models across your Organization.
Your Lists of Sanctioned Providers and Applications, Blocked Applications, Private Models and Public Models can all be added and managed here. Once defined, these Lists can be added to Policies as Destinations.
Blocked Applications will automatically be added to the Global Block Policy, which is pinned to the top of the Policy page.
Sanctioned Providers
- Open the Menu and select Lists (checklist icon).
- The default tab displays Sanctioned Providers, showing all AI service providers your organization has approved for use.
- Use the search bar to locate specific providers to move between the Available Providers and Selected Providers lists
Sanctioned Applications
- Navigate to the Sanctioned Apps tab under Lists.
- View all Available and Selected (Approved) applications.
- Use search bar or filters to find specific applications.
- Use the center arrow to move Apps with their checkboxes checked from one list to the other, or the double arrows to move an entire list from one side to the other.
Blocked Applications
- Navigate to the Blocked Apps tab.
- View all AI Applications explicitly blocked by your organization.
- Block or unblock Applications by checking their checkbox and using the single arrow in the center to move Apps from one list to the other.
Important Remember that any Application on the right-side list will automatically be blocked for everyone by the Global Block Policy, which is pinned to the top of the Policies console.
Note: If githubcopilot.com is added to the Selected Applications list as shown below, traffic from both Visual Studio and VS Code will be blocked by WitnessAI, since both applications use the same URL endpoint of GitHub Copilot.
